All the people from the West Indies know this food. It is the taste of my people. Roti was the first favorite food of my life. It is unique and flavorful and “a bit messy” as my wife says. It might have been my first love. I would be sitting on the porch and this gorgeous daisy woman would bring over fresh skins. It gave me a type so to speak for the rest of my life. Curly hair and a defined nose with a cinnamon choco lips. Magic.
