I have this job interview tomorrow that I feel I'm pretty qualified for, it's nothing new and I've been doing the same job for about 10 years now at my current job. The reason for wanting to leave is for a full-time position this other company is offering, pay is about the same but with far more hours and definite overtime, my question is this: though this is something I'm looking for to better my financial situation, is leaving the comfort & security of my current job of 10 years worth the loss of time, effort & lack of guarantee?

Interview went well but if offered I don't think I'll take it, although I despise my current job I can't throw away 10 years for a temp position, damn grass looked so green too
