Stayed home today; not feeling too hot. But what made me feel a whole lot better was the unlimited and uninterrupted opportunity to check out the SG site and all my favorites.

All throughout my childhood I wanted to be a writer. I used to devour books at an insane rate (I still do), but these days I don't really have the time to write my own stuff anymore. Someday I'd like to finish a novel, but it's not happening anytime soon.

A crazy weekend in Chicago with some of the people I love the most. And, I get back, only to find the lovely Cairo has asked me to be her friend! I am indeed a lucky man.

I haven't thought deeply about it yet, mostly because of my brother's involvement in it. If it had been anyone else, it would have been infinitely less disturbing, but as it is, I prefer not to dwell on it just yet.
