Finally back from from my recent set of travel. Canada was fun. Instead of flying from Ottawa to Montreal, I decided to take the train. It ended up working out great since I got to see the countryside and not have to deal with the security hassles of airports.

Went to see a friend's band participate in some battle of the bands. They sounded okay, however they were up against some death/speed metal band. I didn't think that type of music was back in style.
