Why did I have to wait until today to start working in the yard? I was off of work this past week, but no--I had to wait until the weekend and wait for the heat.
I still have to figure out the menu for tomorrow's BBQ, then pair the wine, and then start cooking. The dietary restrictions due to food allergies and preferences really create a culinary challenge since I have to keep outdoing the previous BBQ.
