Last night sucked (emotionally devastating). Today, I started to become more fiscally responsible by lowering my mortgage rate and meeting with my financial planner (she is extremely attractive) on where to reinvest. I feel a little better. Also, a good friend of mine announced that he and his wife are expecting. Nice.

Not sure what I'm going to do for New Year's Eve. Probably watch my son and enjoy some sparkling wine from Austria or maybe some sparkling wine from Alsace.
