actually the only thing i've ever done to the neighbors was a retaliatory "loud stereo" to combat their loud shitty musick. i think there are more of us (neighbors) than there are of him (lawnmowing FREAK) we should just storm his compound and tie him up in the middle of the yard and all of us get our own mowers out and "cut his grass" ha ha ha
