I'm back in Syracuse. Class started yesterday and I've been going thanks to my finally feeling better!
Break was wonderful. I was home for a week in Horseheads, NY shopping and spending time with wonderful family and friends. The day after Christmas the family (mom, Hal, Jess, and I) left for Orlando, Florida and we met my aunt and her boyfriend down there. My cousin Caty met us down there on New Years Eve. The biggest problem with Orlando is that my family is still there and I'm not! They are coming back on Friday. The weather there was outstanding though because it didn't rain at all. It was a little cold at first but it warmed up throughout the week.
Now that I'm back in Syracuse things are great too. I am all organized and situated and ready to begin the new semester. This is first for me since I'm usually not ready to do any work at all! I must be turning over a new leaf! HA! I'm sure that won't last at all!!!
Anyways, I'm looking forward to this coming Saturday because I'm going skiing all day. I got brand new ski blades and boots for Christmas and I can't wait to break them in! There are quite a few people here at Upstate that enjoy skiing and snowboarding so there are plenty of people to go with!
Well, that's it from me for now. I hope to keep this fairly well updated now that I'm back. Party this Friday (either Edward 40-hands or power hour: one hit wonders style)! Everyone is welcome!

I'm not ready at all to begin schoolwork this semester.. which is strange for me. Usually, I'm happy as a peach with being in school until the third month of classes or so. This probably isn't a good sign.
