ever feel like your friends have forgot about you? its been a long time since any of my friends have asked me to do anything and whenever i get a hold of someone to do something its always the same "i'll get back to you on that" and never hear anything. maybe its just the area im in because i never had this problem in florida. down there i had a close group of friends and it felt like family, we always made plans together and if we didnt hear from someone after a few days we would call and check up on them. my friends in ny arent like that all, lately the only time i hear from someone is if they need my help with something. so looking for new friends isnt easy since all my coworks are older then my parents so that doesnt work, im not into the bar scene because i dont drink and going out alone i feel like a loser but its either that or i sit home alone in front of the tv and computer. i know eventually things will get better but for now it sucks but then again its really the only thing i can complain about, everything else in life is good so i should be happy to have a good job and im healthy, things could be worse
