FRIENDS!!!
What are you guys upto? Im such a sleepy head, went to work by bike, just had salat
and my whole day of being fat free was ruined by a package of cashew nuts haha
i mean i know nuts are GOOD fat but not a whole package :-)

Need to sleep now!
I am catching up with a good girlfriend tomorrow for breakfast

Cashews are good for you, don't worry, you'll work those few extra calories off when you use your bike again.

A package of cashews is good for you! smile I broke down in the middle of the day and had an ice cream cone with not one but TWO scoops, and then proceeded to be unable to get anything productive at work done because of the sugar high. I *wish* I only had a bag of cashews! smile
