My family are fine. I'm fine. My life has another memory. Another event that changes everything I thought I knew. But it opens new doors. Makes me think. I have to get on with it. Who knows what getting on with it will lead to, but unless I do, I will never find out.

We live and learn. We watch and experience. We are.

My heart is with all of those loved and lost and injured and their families. My shoulder is there for those who saw and could do nothing. My time is there for those who cannot sleep. We need to support those who are still standing and never forget their pain.

I'm just so relieved that it wasn't worse.
