Being poorly sucks major ass. I've now shifted the worst of my illness, although my throat gets sore if I don't drink enough water. I've caught up with a couple of people that I used to work with as well. My ex-manager gave me the biggest hug even though I had the lurgy. He is fab. And one of the girls I used to work with was there as well. And she's still fab too.
It's Vegas in Selfridges right now. I saw Frank Sinatra and Elvis. Okay, maybe not the real ones seeing as they're both dead now, but the impersonators were wicked cool!
I also went shopping with my mother and got more MAC make-up in MAC's new Star Vegas range, a few CDs, and a few books as well. All together, it has been a good weekend, but you realise how much being ill takes it out of you when you do something slightly energetic. I'm pooped!
