Had this little fellow visit me yesterday! He was so cute to watch, it was extremely clumsy, didn't have great balance but thought it was worth a share as he let me catch him in all his majestic glory!
Its a young Hamerkop (Stork bird Native to Africa, Madagascar) They typically live near water, so i'm not sure what he was doing in my back yard, we live close to a dam but I have never seen these fellows!
