Linda's face just came together tonight. She looks good and i'm feeling happy and triumphant.
My workload is about to increase at Christine London Ltd. and I'm up to the task...I think...My boss's dad has level IV prostate cancer and I've been doing internet research to help her out with available info, treatment options. I've never had to deal with cancer before and this case is pretty bleak. Bleak, bleak, bleak.
But back to painting...think happy thoughts. Linda #8, as i mentioned before, is coming together very well and Kitty #17 is off to a good start. Huzzah!
I watched a Brigitte Bardot film (dubbed in English) tonight called "And God Created Woman". Old films are so funny. Also interesting from a socio-historical standpoint. Ah, the academic jargon lodged in my brain rears it's ugly head once again! I've been out of school so long (2 whole years) that I think I'm forgetting that academic smarty-pants language of the 21st century intellectual.
Good thing about painting is that i don't have to talk at all. Just let the images speak for themselves...

ive been off and on interested in writing since i was young , the past year or so has been decidedly off, except of course for the measely journals. I do have confidence in my writting skills though, its just that ive yet to have anything important to say that hasnt already been said. maybe one day i will.
