Yes, of course the extremes are the worst, especially when they go on and on. Unfortunately, where I live summers regularly have weeks at a time above 95 F (35 degrees celsius), and it's not unusual for relative humidity to spike above 75%. https://www.washingtonpost.com/weather/2019/08/22/climate-change-is-helping-make-summers-dc-unbearably-humid/
