Eating right turns out to be not so complicated and unpalatable, if you plan it a little and have some cooking skills.
Today, for example, I have a homemade liver pate with buckwheat (a quick trick: I always cook it with chicken broth, it tastes better that way) and a big plate of vegetables.
What still remains a challenge for me: a huge amount of coffee.
I literally consume liters of it. It tastes so good to me, it's just awful.
On the good side: I don't see any health problems with its consumption in such quantities.
