Long, long weekend. Not in a bad way.
I have two whole days off tomorrow and Tuesday, that is something to look forward to...
Last night, super busy. After the 20th 15-year-old in a sparkly dress and tiara walked in the door, I realized it was Homecoming. High schoolers don't tip very well.
I saw the cutest baby tonight at work, just a round ball of chub. I held him and didn't want to give him back, but I had to when he started gnawing gumlessly on my shirt, because only his mama could help him in that department.
Still ridiculously happy to have my new job, such a difference in life overall. I miss seeing my man as much as I used to, though. That's the only negative. We miss each other a lot, working different hours. But, we just have to make our time together as good as possible. I do get to see my daughter a lot more though. She's going to be a werewolf for Halloween, but she wants to put fake blood on her face. I told her I'd think about it. I'm thinking no...
