I guess things just have a way of turning around. It turns out we know this guy at Sam Galloway Ford and he is going to sell us an 06' F-150, pay off our current loan, and take the truck as is. He also let us borrow an '05 F-150 off the lot! We have had it for a week now. I guess that is a good x-mass gift!
and for all those people who love when bad shit happens to other people:
My (sometimes) significant other was going shopping with our baby. Before he left I told him to let me move my car that was parked behind him, of course being the typical man that he is, he said no, he can back out around it. He must of forget it was there because as I wave bye, he smushes my car with the loaner truck from Sam Galloway. My response was the jaw dropped, speachless, pissed off look...His response was "Atleast it didn't hurt the truck, now I am leaving" My car is a 2005 Honda Civic. Nothing super fancy, but it is the very first brand new car I bought. Only 8,000 miles (all of which are from me!). The worst part is, I just changed insurance carriers and before they apllied comp & Collision I had to get an inspection done. The inspection is tomarrow (Mon).
Men really are stupid. (not all men, just the majority of them). Never the less 'tis the season to be jolly and I guess that means letting the car issue go. I better get something good from him.
From all the crap that has been thrown at me this past year I have drawn one conclusion:
My level of good Karma should now be through the roof!
