Well i quit smoking a week ago.. it fucking sucks. I sure do miss it. I usually sneek one a day. Me and joe camel are having a tough break up. What can i say.

Working out and the diet is going good. I steped on a slug with my bare feet tonight. Man that sucks.

What a crappy day. I started my workout for RF. Got my thing caught ion my zipper and it took almost 5 minutes to get out! Then i got stuck in the I5 nightmare for 2 hours.

Worked on my websites.. now i'm going to bed!

Railed out of the skatepark yesterday. Going to a guitar show today. Starting to work out to get ready to go on road fools.

Well i finally checked out the site other that looking at pics of the girls. This site has got to be a coding nightmare. Big ups to the person doing it.
