Well, it's God....he found me.
I figured that eventually, he would. So, really, I'm not all that suprised.
1. My computer cannot be fixed. Not ANYMORE, anyways. The guy who was working on it managed to deep fry my hard drive and I lost EVERYTHING. Including several hundred pieces of artwork, tons of comics I'd just finished for the relaunch of the site, the pictures that Cerah had made for me, all the fan art I'd recieved before and after my site got shut down...you name it. Music, movies, everything. Gone. All gone. Worst part is, I had a few illustrating jobs lined up and I kinda depend on my computer to get a lot of layout and editing work done. So there go some jobs I kinda depend on to make ends meet. As soon as I said, "I've run into a bit of a snag..." to people I've worked for plenty of times and always done great work I got, "Oh, ok. We'll just give the account to someone else." The joys of being a freelance illustrator.
2. While I was at work, a pipe burst in my house.
"But James, where was the pipe?"
Well, it was right above my room. (my room's in the basement) Soooo...what artwork wasn't lost through the computer's untimely death has now been lost through water damage. A bunch of electronics were lost too, but those are always replacable. Not cheap to replace, but definitely doable.
3. I REALLY want to go to the SG Prom. There are a lot of people I'd like to meet in person and just be able to chill with (hint, hint Cerah, Micaela, miserydeathtrip). BUT, it's starting to look like I won't be able to pull it off because I'm having financial problems and won't be able to get the ticket for the prom before they inevitably sell out. This probably doesn't seem like a huge problem to you guys, but I was really looking foward to it and had already told Cerah I was coming so we could chill. Best laid plans and all that.
Yeah, sorry about this entry. I guess it's pretty whiny. My bad. Just needed to vent a little bit. Thanks for indulging me.

Oh I am so happy now. Good for you getting your computer to come home and all... Now you have to have a welcome home party for it. It was so great to hear from you. I can't wait to have that pic in my hot little hands, well hard drive actually but ya know what I mean.
