My Foot......
Hiya peeps well I reinjured my left foot which had been broken since back in July after slipping uneven pavement. It had been going good, was using the stim for it and trying not to walk on it but thought it was time to get on my treadmill and try to walk normal, OPPS! well the treadmill inself did not do but getting off it i guess i put too much pressure on it and i heard it crack a bit and a pain like i have felt in a long time. Rather than goto my old hungry foot doctor i went to my regular doc and yes it had rebroken in the same place so now i was told to stay off it totally and use the special boot and stim on it for about 6 weeks and then come back and see how it is going. They did offer pain meds but i turned them down cause i did not want to get hooked on them and have another pill i would have to take every day but the way it is hurting i wish i would had taken them but advil has been working but i found out it clashes with my other meds so scratch that stuff, they said that tylenol (sorry for miss spelling) would be ok and it works a little better for me but try not to take too many so that i will not have to rely on them. I'm very tired and need to get some rest and relax this foot, get double bass drumming is off limits for awhile (hehe).
