I have started to work through this book in a (probably vain) attempt to get my life back on track. After the last month of real physical illness the mental toll is starting to change me into someone I truly hate. I hope I can get back to being the "fuck you" badass I once was.

I can relate to this sooo hard, a CBT book my sister gave me has proved wickedly helpful for me and was a pivotal changing point for me, obviously different things work on different people, but yeah! I'll link it below in case you'd like to get it at any point <3
