What a lovely day it is today!
Yesterday, I went into town to give myself the full tarting up treatment, Wash cut and blow-dry, Beard trim, new shirt, new cufflinks, new hat. All good.
I also picked up some 5-HTP from Holland & Barrett, and some funky UV Hair Gel, so I'm gonna look the proper part on Saturday, at Slammin' Vinyl, for which I recieved my ticket this morning. Ace.
Havn't got much else to say, really. So I'll leave it at that.

Have you used much 5-HTP in the past? Do you find it noticably improves positivity? I'm thinking of trying some mood supplements but i'm all a bit undecided about which to go for... but then I never even get round to taking my multivits every day so they'd probably end up as dustcollectors!
