So yeah. Lots to be said for the last couple of days.
Went to Nottingham on wednesday to see my two good friends, Ali and Mike, with a view to seeing that most lovely of post rock bands, Mogwai.
We watched some hilariously bad films before the gig, namely Firepower, which i described in an earlier journal, and Silent Trigger, starring Dolph Lundgren and That Bird From Coupling, You Know, The Dippy One. Directed by the guy who did Highlander, We lauged like drains at both of them.
Gig was good. nice an dloud, and the sound quality at rock city was amazing.
After that we went back to the house, and stayed up, smoking, until I went home at 5:00pm yesterday. Got to bed at 20:00, and slept till noon.
Now that was a good session.
Taday has been pretty boring, I'm yet to get dressed, and i've spent the afternoon listening to Joss Stone, and Pretty Girls Make Graves.
