I think I might give up drinking after tonight's debacle. I was violently sick in the pub after only about 5 drinks, and then fell asleep on the train home and missed my fucking stop. How stupid do I feel? very. that's how much.
I seem to lack that all important "self control" gene that most people have, that means that i do everything in my life to excess, like drugs, or drink or whatever. I need sorting out, seriously.
