Right. so they say giving up the cancer sticks is as hard as quitting the horse (that's smack to you uncognoscienti). I find that hard to belive, as i've managed to get through this first day pretty well. And yes, I am going to continue to ramble on about my quest to quit, because smoking normally takes up a significant portion of my time. Probably about 2 hours worth a day.
