I've played so much bass today my fingers are actually torn to shreads. my slapping wrist aches really bad too. for some reason this makes me happy. maybe because i find bass parts only slightly less frustrating to write than drums, and it was all flowing nicely today.
The dog has bee sporadically coughing up blood today, and i'm kinda worried about that as you'd expect, but my dad is too fucking cheap to take her to the vet because, and i quote: "She's old, she'll die sonn anyway, so what's the point?"
yes. such a humanitarian when there's money involved is my father.
so. randomly. does anyone else suck all the carbon dioxide out of a coke bottle when they've finished it? it gives you such a cool rush for about 5 seconds. try it.

I had a friend who got very into the manics scene.. so much that it was actually pretty.. well, horrific. She carved up her arm aged 14 because otherwise "no one at a manics gig would take her seriously." :|
I hate that young teenagers can do that to themselves just to fit in with a scene. It's a big problem for some people, not sme stupid fashion statement. :|
