For an introverted, nerdy, atheistic guy in the Southeastern United States, getting a date is hard. Not to mention I am shy in person, talking is fine but actually asking someone out is often difficult. The women I do get interested in usually are not interested in me. The women interested in me I am not interested in. Needless to say, finding someone I am interested in, that is interested in me, and that meets my criteria for a partner is incredibly difficult. Even when I make exceptions to my criteria it is still difficult. I know I am not the only one out there experiencing similar relationship issues. Dating and relationships are difficult; finding that balance with your partner and learning about all those aggravating quirks that didn't bother you at first and much more can be really taxing emotionally. For those who make it work, congratulations and for those who are still struggling either finding someone or making it work with your current partner(s), good luck, I am right there with you.
