hospitals suck. watching your future mother in law fight to keep going is worse. All I can offer is my prayers and Love. I pray she continues to fight, you can see in her eyes how strong willed she is. They have her so doped up.... Why do shitty things happen to good people.... 
6/22/05 night time... Update!
Today Carol was up drinking coffee by her hospital room window when Brian's dad stopped in to see her. When Brian went to see her at noonish she was outside with her sister and brother in law!!! Such progress today. Today was a good "up" day... yesterday was scary and very "down"... Thanks for all the nice thoughts. She's still young (55) and strong... we hope her "up" days will continue to overcome her "down" days.
