Waist: 40.2 inches (102cm) Biceps: 13.6 inches (34,5 cm) Thighs: 25.2 inches (64 cm) Breast: 42.1 inches (107 cm) weight: 203.5 lbs (92,5 kg)
Weight and measurements as of today (March 3) :
Waist: 37.8 inches (96 cm) Biceps: 13 inches (33 cm) Thighs: 21 inches (61 cm) Breast: 39 inches (99 cm) weight: 177.5 lbs (80,7 kg)
I must say i'm really proud of myself and that both crossfit and paleo has been a life changer!
