it's pretty simple.
you pick a theme for you set, like the SG sets do. Get a friend to photograph you, or get a tripod and a camera with a self timer. Shoot your set, and post it on the photosets section of the group.

There are some guidelines that the set has to follow, which are laid out here.

and then for actually posting the set, if you can't figure it out, there are some instructions for that here.
