I guess I should update, though things are really pretty much up in the air right now. At this moment, I am unemployed with no prospects for the near future. I would rather not have my brains splattered all over a dashboard and gasp my last with a toothpick still in my mouth because some filth decided they did not get enough cash from robbing me. Things were bad when I drove before, but that was before the riots. It's a whole different ballgame now. The racism is so thick you could cut it with a knife! Im tired of being called racist for not making a turn at the proper corner when the passenger hasnt even told me where they need to go. So fuck it! I quit!

Fortunately, I havent been charged with anything criminal over the crazy fucker who jumped out of my cab, and no one has contacted me about a civil suit. The cops told the guy that he didnt have a case. For once, the cops have sided with me. Hooray!

I have been looking for work, but none of the crap delivery jobs in town are available, and probably wont be until summer when the college kids are gone. The temp agency I used to work for agreed to rehire me, but I failed the fucking clerical tests, including the math part, which was simple arithmetic. That worries me. My math skills have always been excellent. I took three bloody years of calculus. OK, fine, I can forget calculus, but arithmetic? That, along with my worsening memory problems, spatial problems, headaches, tremors, etc., makes me think I should probably have another round of neurological tests done. Hopefully, Im blowing all this out of proportion.

Nevertheless, Im enjoying my time off. I like unemployment. My house is now clean, my refrigerator stocked, and I have the time to cook a decent meal. I would have made a fucking excellent housewife. Ive got a few more business ideas to try, but Im not worried if they dont work out. I should just accept that Ive been born of privilege, and I should start using that privilege, to everyones benefit. After all, I dont really have to work, and volunteering at the Nature Center does a lot more good than working for Dominos.
