Wow-

I feel for the people in the area of impact of Katrina, I can only imagine how freightened they are. I got scared shitless when we got our 3 weaker storms last year. And to think we didn't even have the flood worries they have to contend with. I'm concerned about the fuel situation too. Looks like I'll be commuting on the bike exclusively for a while, time to invest in some rain gear too. Or at least keep a change of clothes in my office.

I put a new pic up of me with a friend of mine from Jacksonville. We go out of contact when she has a boyfriend, but that's how it goes sometimes I guess. We dated for a while back in college. But have just remained friends recently. Cool chick, we were at her birthday party back in June bowling when the picture was taken.
She has someone close to her in New Orleans, that's what made me think of her and the picture I had floating around in my email. I also put some pics of one of my best friends (the one in San Diego I was talking about last week).

I should be done helping my friend remodel his tattoo shop tonight--temporarily anyways. I have some laminate countertops for him untill I get his granite done. That was my last business, stone countertops. I do countertops for him, he tattoos me. Good trade!!

I'm looking forward to Tuesday, finally getting to meet Samadhi will be a much anticipated occasion. She is so easy to talk to, which is very nice. Especially for a blabber mouth like me.
