Why are women so confusing?
I've been seeing someone for about 3 months now, very casually untill recently. We see each other pretty much daily, just started having sex recently, basically a normal dating couple.
But last night, things got a little weird. We've been going very slow, but things were definitely accelerated in the last two weeks. But now she's in slow down mode again? I don't really care if we're calling each other boyfriend and girlfriend or any silly titles or anything like that. But the sum of our last conversation is that we're dating, and we're friends. Sounds good. But then she slipped in a comment about if I wanted to see other people that would be okay with her--but we'd have to stop having sex. Okay, I undestand that if we're seeing other people that having sex with each other may be a little weird--but where the hell did the seeing other people come from? And friends???
She told me she would be okay with me seeing other people, but she has no interest to. That she's happy with what's happening with us, but if I'm losing my patience with going so slow that I can see other people.
But the problem is that I'm crazy about her. She's great, and I'm very happy. But I just don't want to act to eager in this relationship right now, I don't want to push her away.
It's been this way a couple other times--two steps forward, one back. oh well, just venting I guess. And venting because I was a little hurt this time with her latest retraction.
