This weekend was definitely good, but there is still a grey overtone to any of the fun things that my friends and I get up to. My friend is still behind bars, with no certain end in sight. His parents have been in close contact with one of my friends, and he has been acting as a liason between Pablo (in jail) and his parents. His parents are pushing to leave him in untill January, his hearing date. That's tough to swallow, but maybe it's for the best.
I got to see a lot of friends this weekend, but untill the years out, I need to reprioritize a few things and get motivated for a new push into next year. January signifies the signing of the "marriage" documents between myself and my now 3 business partners. We've got some detailed goals, and of course all of the uncertainty that small business breeds, but we're locked in and now is the time to perform.
I got to spend a few hours on the dirt bike yesterday, which was great. I'm getting better each time, and I can't wait to find some better trails and new scenery.
