Sunday.
Slept in until noon. It felt good.
Had a good time at the hockey game. Spent most of the time at the beer area talking with Sara. Much more interesting than the game. Saw the Sox win their first as well. She ran into a friend she hadn't seen in a while and introduced me as her boss. I joked around with her about it. Feels weird to be "the boss". It wasn't too long ago that I was in her shoes, but at least 2 years ago so I guess that could be considered "some time ago".
Then we went to Orso to meet up with some co-workers. Had a good time. Had an anti-pasto plate. I need to eat that kind of stuff all the time. Very fresh and healthy tasting. Got to get away from the diner food I've been consuming lately.
Going to carve pumpkins at my Aunt's house tonight instead of dinner and games it'll be dinner and pumpkin carving. Woot!
Two more weeks and I'll be in AZ for a weekend with my parents. It will be good to see my dad. I guess things are good since his spleenectomy but they're still operating to remove the cancers from his face/head. Wear your sunscreen kids, or you'll end up with parts of your face missing like my dad. If anything convinced me of sunscreen...it was him.
