i'm tired.

sick and tired.

this week was almost too much.

it's not that the responsibilities are too great, but that i'm sick of having to babysit these people that seemed so competent before. maybe they're over-reaching? hard to say. they all seem to lack the ability to communicate or coordinate what needs to be done. it's getting pretty tiring of having to make sure they're all talking to eachother and getting the right information across. I thought my pay would be worth the promotion, but at this point it's so much more than i want to be in charge of. hopefully we can enact some more parts and I won't have to do so much "hands on" and can concentrate more on the coordinating that i'm supposed to do.
