I can't wait for the "GrindHouse" double feature:
"Planet Terror" (tentatively named) is a zombie flick. And "Death Proof" will be ""sort of a slasher film, but instead of a knife, it's a car" as QT put it.
As cool as it sounds, that Drive-In doesn't really work anymore. Yeah, I'm ruining the fantasy. But I'm sure Alamo will deliver it well.
Mickey Rourke backed out of the main psycho Stuntman role in "Death Proof." But guess who's taking his place?

Update: they are filming right now in the downtown area. it appears they are using extras for the street scenes. i'll be there tommorrow to show my fat face.
John Carpenter ("the thing" , "halloween" etc) will be doing the music score. im sorry , i just shot 6ft arc of jizz.
