Seriously, I love this time of year, because the football season starts throwing up all kinds of fascinating possibilities. Such as:
- Arsenal not qualifying for the Champions League
- West Ham and Charlton both staying up
- Sheffield United going down despite looking safe less than a month ago (I really, really hope this one happens)
- Birmingham not getting automatic promotion
- Sheffield Wednesday getting in the playoffs (highly unlikely, but it would be fucking hilarious)
- A disastrous sextuple-Yorkshire-relgation-whammy when Sheff Utd, Leeds, Barnsley, Chesterfield, Rotherham and Bradford all drop down a division
I'm still a GOD on Football Manager, so it's all good even if the Owls finish mid-table (they will) and the Blades avoid relegation (they won't).
And be honest: if you had to pick one Man Utd player to score an own-goal, you'd pick Rio Ferdinand, right?

I don't mind if we (West Ham) go down as I can now spend the rest of this season and all of next season ripping the piss out of all the Arsenal fans I know
