Grinderman was great! Really had no expectations of the show-- knew it would be good because it's Nick Cave, but really didn't know HOW it would be over all.

It was fun fun. I definitely was more entranced by the last Bad Seeds show I saw, but this was still awesome. I can totally get lost in the Grinderman CDs, so I'm sort of surprised I didn't go into the Nick Cave-haze... but I'm going to blame CameronStewart because he was distracting me by saying really funny things.

Missed whoever opened-- don't even know who it was, actually.

Saw a really awesome friend of mine, who I hadn't seen in way too long. She's one of the most amazing, hard-working people ever. Went for drinks after the show.

Fast-forward:

I had a really odd journey home this morning. It's super gorgeous out, so I decided to walk for a bit, and I sort of wish I'd stayed outside longer... but...I am definitely a weirdo magnet (just a few days ago, a guy followed me down the street going on about my legs and how he wanted to lick my fingers... hooray).

Since I've come home, my cat keeps rubbing her face on me and showing me her teeth. Hmmm.


I really want pizza but I have no dough made, not even any frozen dough, so I'm going to have pasta instead.

I am unfathomably hungry right now.
