My brother came home from Botswana yesterday! I'm so happy he's home. I love that he is doing such amazing things for African animals, but I really wanted him home for Christmas... I completely predicted he would be home now too. I was convinced he was going to walk in the door on Thanksgiving (last Thursday). Heheheh.
What else is new? Semester is winding down. I have an incredibly amount of work to do, but somehow I'm staying on top of it. I see so many people drown in their school work. Guess I'm a good swimmer? Ha ha.
Money's tight and shitty. Working my ass off but barely have enough to make ends meet. I had been saving some US dollahz for last week when I went down; most of my clothes have been getting ratty from being worn so much, and I needed a coat really badly. Sooo I bought a few things. Part of my is kicking myself in the ass for spending the money, the other part of me is wicked happy to have taken care of myself (albeit materialistically).
Trip to NY was good. Ride down was super packed-- they sent a few busses, but my ride wasn't too bad. Breezed through the border, bus was only half full until Plattsburgh. 9269294 students got on the bus. A group of Korean (I think) chicks surrounded where I was sitting and talked, snored, texted, ate, played video games, etc etc, while listening to all their iPods on top volume. I was so annoyed, and the girl next to me couldn't really speak English and I didn't want to make her feel shitty by mistake, so I didn't even ask her to you know... Not torture me with digital devices. Ahhhhhhhhhhh. Otherwise, it was uneventful.

... My mom was making a meet lasagna but was super tired, so I assembled hers as well (she had pre-made her meatballs and sauce).
Boyfriend arrived ON Thanksgiving. Had a generally good time. My youngest cousin, who is... an odd kid... at one point stomped on my foot and then said "I'M TELLING!!!!!!!" Bahahahahhahaha. It was hilarious. Apparently, he was pissed that I found him logging in to one of my brothers instant messaging accounts.
Also saw my cousin (well 2nd cousin, but that's dumb) Katie and she's been making super cute jewelry. She gave me a great pair of earrings and a gorgeoussss necklace. In exchange, I'm making her some jewelry for Christmas.
I know I've got a ton of credits for other shit, but I'm really tempted to apply to the FIT metalwork and jewelry design program for the associates degree.... Love love love it.
