i had a nice night.

my sister and i went to the store and i made up a crazy dinner and it ended up really good, and really spicy. i wish i got to cook every night.

i made sea salt and lime chicken with strawberry cucumber and jalepeno salsa, with fresh green beans steamed. i thought it was good, and every one managed to clean thier plates so i think that is a good sign.

i am so fucking sore from my workout yesterday. it feels good.
