napped great yesterday then slept 5 more hours last night. My lower back is sore though. gah.

I am awake early but I go to st augustine early so I can catch them up and also train them some.

I did have a long talk with a good friend last night. We have been talking about moving. she wants a cheaper place to live and I need a cheap place to move out too. Their will also be a third. So right now is straightening out my life and finances and see if can do that in about 2 months. so I am starting to plan things out on what needs to be done. probably will be too late to move in with her though since I can't afford to do it as in now. oh well ...

Sometimes I feel so lost but a little hope feels good now and then.

And where would we be if it wasn't for the sake of good friends that will be their to hold your hand, cry with you, be your courage when you feel you have none left, make you laugh and all that jazz.

Its funny where I have so much courage in part of my life and in others I feel so weak.
