talking to Li.... trying to get my morning going. I got to sleep in a little bit YAY
I was working straight 12 hours at school with no real fool around time. Got my take home final for american Lit. We got tto do the first part in class with help from others and have till tuesday to finish the rest.
Finished the huge Fleur painting. I will have to show it off when I get it home next week. I think that is the 38x50. the mini photo collage paintings are I think done. I can show those off next week except one for the time being. Those little ones won't be on wood next time. I think I will do them on a thick illustration board. The ones I finished are SG pictures. so they were just for fun. but the next ones are photos from her that she took just for me and those I will want to do something extra great for those. Have to love a girl in just boots.
well I then spent the next 4.5 hours doing my stone cast of mertle the turtle. I spent too much time touching cement. I think i had one layer murphy's soap oil and one layer cement on my body. felt so ucky but it is casted. I went to go take a break and my prof was giving me a hard time. I told him where to stick it after close to 5 hours bending over plugging in cement that I was going to the next building to grb my lunch, eat, and come back to do light cleaning and put turtle in my car and take care of my stuff. finally he said fine. That ass has seen me their all afternoon and left but that was a nonstop process and wasn't going to let me have a moment of sitdown time especially I get allowed extra breaks from the VR because of medical conditions. This is the guy that also wouldn't tell me how to do the project cause he told the morning class guy but couldn't tell his second class so I had to get Zack from the morning class to tell me.
well so I went to the painting room. finished painting Fleurs eye and lips, ate rest of my lunch (at 7pm), glued stars on paintings and pulled up my car to the side of the building. Mertle the heavy bastard was loaded to my car. I can't lift him a cm off the table and I could do that before when he was clay and plaster. so one of the guys took the other end and took him to my car well with my help. I cleaned with the prof giving me looks like how *dare* I take a break. then I cleaned the back area. but I will be cleaning again tuesday there
. then I realized that I am missing a mini turtle so I drove to the kiln room and grabbed him. I forgot to get the mini sea turtle from there a couple weeks now.
I did get left an awesome dinner plate to have. and took a good soak in the garden tub so that made my day a bit better
So this weekend... I work, chip out a cement turtle from thick plaster, put a finish on cement turtle, put finish on the 3 skinny man sculptures, do english final, do missed work in english, work, buy new glasses saturday, and turn everything in tuesday. Thank god for no more classes.
Wednesday I had a great time with ccfoo. I dropped off flowers on his doorstep for his birthday on my way home from school. so a few minutes later he called to see if I wanted to go see blade II and go to seven bridges. Too bad I ended up coughing a lot. I still have a cough that won't go away. I had my insurance told me I wasn't covered so I had to wait to get meds. which I got finally last night.
well need to go get ready. I got called to work early and I need the money.
