We've had this birdie that we were trying to save that fell out of the tree and yet couldn't fly and wouldn't stay in the nest. so we made it a shelter and the mom has been feeding it.

its so cute. but today we went to check on it and found it dead. mom bird was still protecting the body. we eventually buried it this evening.

Sunday was the pool party at my house for the service dogs. Had about a dozen dogs in the pool. all goldens but there was two labs. we also had a couple working service dogs there too.

Denali was hysterical. her ears just flopped back, pushed hard into the cup and the entire time with her eyes closed....over dog icecream. it was too cute.



Roadie was dead after everyone left. napped a lot on monday too. which was so nice.

today is day 2 of my mother and brother out of town. I drove dad to Moes for dinner. I did set up the camera in the spare bedroom to take pictures of some of my artwork for my portfolio. I have tomorrow off too. yah.
