Made my first collection. have to follow up tomorrow! yippee! Balance in Full!!!!

I made a call to a residence and it goes like this.
CON: consumer that owns debt.
T: Possible theif.
Me: fun little collection person.

Me: Ben? ....Ben Smith?
T: this isn't ben?
Me: Is ben home.
T: I don't know anyone by that name.
Me: well,....
T: I am just here ripping off this house, I don't know anyone here.

I think I need to learn some spanish. I get too many spanish cons on the phone. they hang up before I get to transfer to a spanish translator.
