just open your pics in plain old PAINT, Open your image and go up to the tab that says IMAGE, click STRETCH and SKEW, change both numbers in the box to around 25, make both numbers the same or your pic will be screwed up. Then save and you should be able to add a profile pic and pics to your folders.
once you get better you will know about what size to make your pics but start at 25% and you should be fine.

Well we went to Bright Eyes/Faint... It was cool but I hate big venues like that....Wish it was at the Gypsy or something... I HATE sitting down at shows...
