i am (again) attempting to make pasta sauce :/
this will be my 2nd try. the last time poor mark ate it even thought it was full of acid from the tomatos, lol.
i am such a horrid cook. i am from an old fashioned english family where we had beef stew on tuesdays and fish and chips (from the chippy) on fri nights, and he is from a traditional italian family where his mum served up a gorgeous recipe straight from naples, lol !!
if he wanted beans on toast then i would be fine...
i do try though, most of the time i fail BUT believe me my heart is always in it :] so i am going now i have to cut up some stinky garlic and onions :/
