So the magazine I was working for went under. I can safely say that it wasn't my fault, but I'm out of a job either way. It's actually been a little while now, so I've gotten over my bitterness. I've been freelancing since then. I'm one of the lucky ones who can pay the bills that way, but it doesn't cover much more than that.

Apart from that, things are more or less fine. I had a close friend who needed to check himself rehab recently, but he was able to recognize the problem and get the help he needed before it did too much damage to his life. In a certain way, it was good to see that he was able to handle it so well.

Guess that's it for now, afraid it hasn't been the most eventful couple of months.
