So today I went to the annual Israeli date grower's convention, which has to be right at the top of my list of things I never thought I'd do. It was at one of the big fancy hotels at the dead sea, so when we got increadibly bored (time elapsed: 30 seconds) we ducked out and went to the beach. It was a good day to be at the beach. The weather was pefect, and it wasn't too crowded. I'm still having a hard time believing that this was what I did for work today, but I did get a t-shirt to prove I was there.
